We have been here many times before. While, yes some things do come into play in terms of uniques. They have nerfed so many into the ground or nerfed them for builds they were used in. That won't make much of a difference tbh.

It's not that they would be buffed its that they would need to completely revert the massive nerfs some items had placed on them.

95% of all uniques are boring, uninteresting and they give nothing an average crafted object can provide. Let's see if there is an improvement.

but trash tier vendor trash needs drawback for some reason

I hope to see some unique items to be new leveling unique alternatives, QoL pieces and most importantly bridges between red mapping and super endgame gears.
Also I hope they will make some of the buffed pieces unique drops for hunger and black star.

Man if only ONE of these buffs would be a bigbrain mechanic that enables a super obscure build that makes the char quasi immortal it would be worth it.

But no, they'll be buffing base items or numerically by 5-10%. This is a buff.

What I found interesting is that they only mentioned a few unique items in the balance manifesto that got nerfed. Does that mean all the others are "safe" and we will only see buffs post livestream?
