100 Uniques Buffed!

So use a corrupted 21 Cyclone. attacks don't give too many shits about level for damage past level 20 though. If you want to stick with Cyclone as an example, it would get a whopping 3% damage effectiveness and a flat damage increase no higher than a bench craft on a ring. +2 stages with a 21 Cyclone....but surely there are better/stronger things to play.
Spells though...level 25 would be huge.

Forstblnk is a meme. Lightning Warp was actually very viable speed farmer for map bosses/essences in AN league.
I think all the new uniques revealed so far will wind up seeing more use. The problem with wanting them to be buffed to the point they are relevant for end-game, viable in completed builds, is you can't have all those items being of that quality.

In a game that's all about items, most of the items need to be crap to mediocre to okayish. Otherwise you can't have items that are truly exceptional that inspire the chase via farming or crafting for them. If everything is amazing, then everything is just average and no longer exciting.

That said, I think there do need to be more really good uniques. There are only a handful truly great ones right now, around ten or so off the top of my head. I also think with how unused so many T1 uniques are right now, that are still useful as 'stepping stone' items to something better, or viable for a more budget build; they could reduce their rarity to make them more common. Talking about items like Kaom's Heart etc.

Problem: Physical dmg is more difficult to scale than elemental dmg, especially cold

Solution: Hrimsorrow/burn conversion from physical to cold damage is buffed to 100 %
