Solution: Lower minion base life
oh god already is kinda hard get to the point of minions stop dieing well ashes of the stair got no nerf is weird, i made a nice amulet with 30% minion dmg +1 skeletons and +1 all skill and is was like 62m to 69m from vaal skeletons is more powerful than a perfect amulet and give 20% mana efficiency The Delinquent's and Sinner's modifiers can no longer be rolled on Flasks. The Transgressor's, Masochist's and Flagellant's modifiers now provide 1, 2 and 3 charges when hit by an enemy respectively (previously 4, 6 and 7 charges).
