" There's a difference between "trolling" and simply stating what you see. When I activate RF, my ES dips slightly and never reaches "full" unless RF ends (like zoning). You can tell the regen is higher than the degen when he's no longer on consecrated ground and linger has worn off. As soon as I stop moving a moment for consecrated ground to kick in again the es starts climbing back up, (hp too if that also got less than full). Generally speaking my rf chararacter's life is always full because its the es absorbing the damage. The regen with consecrated ground is enough to keep both es and hp "full" but I will always see a slight dip in the ES indicating I'm taking constant damage from a source. Yep, totally over league play.

Bug reporting even false alarm is not trolling But if you are reading forum post for a while, you will find people that often post wrong answer to mislead newbie I already posted the right answer that RF "can" reach full life for the purpose of activate other mod that need full life condition. But at the same time the game netcode is horrible that often display "not full" so that his answer that claiming RF cannot reach full life no matter what is simple wrong. " yep, this is easy to verify by equipping random attack gem with damage on full life support. Support more damage bonus remains after activating RF, despite ugly flickering of current HP number. So it looks like attribute replication bug. |
