Yes, that is a thing that they (used to?) do to certain classifications of accounts (botters and such).

Well after the character seeding "bug" in Delve was exposed, I have a slightly different take.
Even if it's an overreaction, I'd just delete and re-roll if the rng seems insanely bad. Obviously cant prove it, but mentally I'd feel better than seemingly wasting many hours, when it may not exactly be "rng". That's just me though. "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt."

bruh, I been playing this game and FINALLY FOR FIRST TIME EVER I got a good drop
omni off first exarch...(the easy tutorial version) I literally dropped like 5 divines before my first exalt dropped. Then I went like 5 maps in a row with my harbigner dropping exalt shards every map when I got 2 shards whole last league. R.I.P. my beloved P.o.E.

I've never actually thought that but some leagues rng is worse than others. This is certainly not one of them.
