Seller with 547 exalted orbs...and I am struggling to beg for shards and scraps to drop...

I've made lots of exalted orbs without crafting this league. With Delve fully specced I found several and ran into tons of Abysal cities there. Rarity into bosses I seen several cortex and synthesized maps. Don't spec into Fated uniques dropping 80% of the time. Other Uniques will likely be more worth it. Particularly the best chances of getting things like that especially came from pinnacle bosses like Crusaders The Shaper and Elder. Honestly I'd ignore cluster jewel nodes the most. Favored cluster jewels have lower ilvls normally and most of the rewarding content tends to come from red tier maps+.

If your farming Apothecary cards you'd farm Crimson Temple and there is various videos on this. High mob density is what you'd want to build Atlas Tree up to. Specced for Exarch or Eater of Worlds and having them Witness every map for more mobs and Alters. Alters can give amazing rewards.I suggest beating the boss quickly before the rest in a map so these end up more for map mobs then the boss. Don't forget to spec into sentinels with higher empowerment for more rewards. Honestly I like Eater of worlds more and find the invitations more rewarding. Example Ashes of the Stars drops from Eater of Worlds and the really good flesh jewels come from this route. Not to mention the invitations would even sell. Harbringers don't offer much but your likely to get a few chaos if starting out. I honestly wouldn't stay with Harbringers. The top of the Atlas tree has a lot of nodes multiplying map modifiers. This will include rarity and quantity. Add you can double small passives to this while removing mahor nodes. The middle 3 nodes are very good too. Add increasing the eldrich alters giving better rewards while worsening the effects (expect to be rewarded and lots of deaths). Add valley of darkness as more modifiers generally means more reward.

You'll likely need a stricter loot filter going this route. The quantity that drops is pretty intense.

You can farm without a magic find build like most people will but magic find builds may make this easier though it will likely not be an option for most people being usually desiring high investment and limited endgame capacity on these builds so I'd suggest ignoring them and farming normally without them.


Add your regular juicing of quality fragments and scarabs. Scarabs will often be an option with alters so no need to invest the scarab nodes in the atlas tree. Otherwise some of these people might've farmed magebloods, mageblood cards or crafted mirror equivalent items for much cheaper like the minion helm. Mageblood has a few options to get it. Apothecary cards and expedition are popular methods this league.

Breach nodes don't seem to be worth it as they still drop very little. You'll likely want to double the minor nodes going that route to make any real quantity in shards and focus Chayula node and Uul-Tul while ignoring the other shards. Monalith again seems to be very minor. Some Atlas nodes really need a buff like the unwilting gardens in harvest nodes. As this rarely will occur even for 1 garden and exalted orbs are far more likely to be dropped then it to spawn unwilting gardens.
