Mod combinations preventing trade search

So again, same thing as last week and the week before: Trade goes down for a long period and then we have patching of consoles. No communication via banner or via announcements of the outage/maintenance with the trade API. Adding a banner during an outage like this would really go a long way toward positive sentiment. Time and time again, it feels like you really don't care about the player experience here and this is one of the things that over time drives people away from the game and makes them not want to buy cosmetics.
