Easy way to get frenzy charges is on rings i think.
Guys i need some help on my build doneone. Just respecced into this build and i find it is ok but lacking boss damage. I have around 80ex to spend so here are my questions. Should i blow the majority of this on a +1 sceptre or redo my tree to buy and use cluster jewels? Thanks. | |

Hi. Why do we use Purity Of Ice as aura?

Why is this guide so barren? It's missing most of the data that it promises in the POB, the items aren't in POB, there are no flasks in POB. Not like the cold dot build Shak made... Anyone know a good guide for this build?

Ninja is a good place to get info on clusters/items/skill tree etc but that is mostly for endgame.
