A prime example that has gained more attention the last few years are the customers coined "Karen". A person throwing a fit and acting like a toddler screaming for the manager is absolutely a liability to the store and needs to be removed 100% of the time. Someone who has a proven history of cheating may fall into that category as well. The integrity of the game is more important than the pennies they get from a single customer. Like run an antivirus scan or download a bootable rescue with an up to date signature database from some antivirus company boot you machine with it and run an antivirus scan this way.
