no i dont use macros(honestly ,i dont even know how to) just awakened poe
and like i said the first time i got banned on my 10k+ hours account (steam) i know why and i accepted it and it wasnt the same motive like the other 2 accounts i never booted or used anything else of awakened poe .. who i guess 50% or more of the comunity use it , this 2 accounts are not steam + i started playing this game over 7-8 years ago and never had a problem untill now

It's an old joke really only relevant to POE because someone said those exact words for getting caught and they were not trying to be funny or ironic. When I drop the just for try, for see and for know joke on anyone else outside of POE they just think I'm an idiot :)

If you're really, and I mean really, not boting or doing RMT, or anything weird/against the TOS; like somebody already pointed out, something/some weird piece of software/malware on your computer probably hooks to the game and triggers their anti-cheat protection. Reinstall and only install bare minimum, like drivers and browsers, or try from another computer. If you don't get banned after a month, you got your answer.

Did you do chargeback through your bank?
Because that will get you permabanned.

A careful reading of the rules may not be sufficient, but is necessary to start any realistic discussion of why someone was or is banned.

(Since most of us even those in good standing have NOT read the rules, or internalized them sufficiently, this is the #1 reason why posting it here is not very useful and you SHOULD communicate with staff as your primary responsibility.)

If you've gone through the ToS and don't fall under the usual grounds for termination or reasonably under "or for any reason at all at our discretion", ask yourself if it's worth your trouble to keep trying.

Your IP may be blacklisted for reasons beyond your control (geopolitical, for instance). Or you're still considered owing money to GGG due to a bank error or fraudulent chargeback (although paying up may or may not do diddly for lifting your ban).

You may be right, but your attitude and communications history with GGG staff might instead be the issue. I suppose that would fall under "or for any reason at all" if every communiqué from you is grammatically-macerated nerd rage or whinging. Not saying this IS the case, but if it could be playing a part, it's fairly easy to fix.

Stop RMTing and stop using 3rd party programs
