Ban after Ban After Ban

Hi there i dont know what to do anymore.First of all i got banned on my first account that had 10+k hours for smth stupid that i did and i accepted , i made another account got banned again after a few weeks and some money invested into it for breaching terms of use , the only program i used was awakened poe i apealed and got decliened then made a 3rd account and got banned again after invested some $ in this 1 again and i was using awakaned poe again but this program is used by evry1 and the apeal is still pending for this 1. Now the question is what causes in my situation to get ban after ban after ban , I love this game and is the only game i play but i don't know if it's because the first ban wich was not the same reason that i got banned as the other 2 accounts or whatever but i dont see any point in make a new account again and invest money into it to get banned again after a few weeks , i hope the problem is fixed and it was just a auto banwave for i don't know what reason cuz i was just maping and i got disconected and i got the msg i got banned

I have never used any third-party POE programs and I have never been banned.

Hope this helps.
Depending on what your first offense was, you could be on a hardware and/or IP ban that's flagging subsequent accounts.

Hard to say for sure. I suppose you could email support, but I doubt they would shed light on that.

maybe there's a program on your PC that they dont like. even if you dont use it they can detect it

To be honest I think that's a reasonable ask. "Hey if I make another account will I get auto-banned?"

Also consider a chargeback if so, because imo, that's ridiculous to lose money that you didnt expect to lose. In fact I dont think GGG should even allow purchaes on flagged accounts that they know will be banned. This might even be illegal or a violation of consumer protection laws depending on the country you are in.(If that's what's happening, but again too little info to know for sure)

They're not going to tell you much. They don't stand to gain anything by doing so. In their eyes you're a liability rather than an asset. Posting stuff like this on their forums doesn't help that.

If you have another machine, it doesn't hurt to play on a new account on the new machine, preferably running very few things and see if you get banned again. If so, you can guess with pretty good confidence that they've added you to a list based on something associated with you (IP, etc.). If you play clean for a while, perhaps add the 3rd party tools if you feel like risking it and see if that leads to the ban. I doubt it though, since a notable portion of the community uses Awakened POE.

Either way, quit spending money. You're just throwing money away until you figure it out.
Thanks for all the fish!
