And who are you to judge how someone else chooses to play their game?? And you glossed over his statement that most of his playtime was on xbox.....which is a different account from pc.

Xbox players cant get gear. There could be dozens of items on PC trade at reasonable prices but nothing on Xbox. You just make do with what you can get.
Want to beat end game bosses you need to stay on PC.

I had tons of xbox friends that would end a league with hundreds of extra exalts... no clue how they made so much money, but it is possible. Prices on pc are way WAY less than on console though. its actually crazy, six-link +3 cold bow for example, upwards of 20+ex on xbox... what a joke

I'd also recommend OP to stick to traps if that's an old favorite of yours.
You trade mapping or clear speed for a lot of stuff that's good for bossing:
- Your single target damage is high by default on most trap skills.
- You gain easy access to great defensive stats like spell suppression or saboteur blind just by leveling.
- Gearing is pretty straight forward for most trappers. Just farm a bunch of essences and some harvest for +to cold/lightning gem level on weapon/shield and that's usually enough if you're not playing hardcore.
Ice trap is my own favorite but most trap skills should work.

i think you should keep levelling that seismic trapper you already have tho, its a very very strong skill and rerolling is the enemy of progress

I actually found the build you are looking at I believe on youtube. I really just don't think it's a good build overall. Usually making non meta skills feel good requires a lot of currency and investment. Personally be more careful of where you get builds from and read reviews and ask around. <3
looks ok, but it halves my damage, and i need more than double my current dex to run grace. might keep a herald in its place or something, can always get more evasion with a flask once i get the right amulet stat line and dont need a mana potion anymore. Thanks!
