I'm afraid that we aren't able to assist with bans or ban appeals over the forums or through our Support team, as these are all handled by the accounts investigation team. If you have a ban placed on your account, you will need to appeal it by logging into into that account and going to your profile page. On that page there will be an option to appeal your ban, in the sidebar on the right side of the page. Once this is done, you will need to wait for a reply from the accounts investigation team in your Messages inbox. We apologise if this may take some time as the team takes every case very seriously, which can unfortunately take some time to work through. I can assure you that the accounts team are working as fast as they possibly can. As we aren't able to assist further with these issues, I've locked this thread to further replies.
