Banned for "Third Party Software"

I really apologise for any delay in obtaining a response. Our accounts investigation team is currently working through some backlog and they take every case very seriously, which can unfortunately take some time.

I can assure you that the accounts team are working as fast as they possibly can. I'm very sorry, but I'm afraid we aren't able to assist any further with this as we are not able to process ban appeals through Support as these are all handled by the accounts team.

I wonder what is stopping the esteemed Accounts Investigation Team from "working through some backlog" before they ban a person, not after.

They are fully aware they won't be able to process all appeals in "reasonable" amount of time (doubt anyone here except the Support considers 3+ weeks a reasonable delay), yet they still practice "ban first" policy for years by now.

If I am mistaken in all recent assessments about how the support operates (including neighboring topics), I would be glad to hear from someone related to GGG who knows this matter for certain. Always willing to apologize and delete my posts when being proved wrong, but so far, don't see a single speck of information here that proves me wrong about how GGG treats their players.

It's really disappointing how they treat users who have played for years and spent many hours on this game, only asking for "apologies" and saying that the "investigation team is working as fast as possible" lie!
they didn't even review my appeal, 3 days of silence from the investigation and support team just apologizing, but of course, when you put money in the game to buy a stash or anything you buy the system is super fast to processing that, it should be the same in these cases... But hey, I'll have to keep waiting without playing maybe a few more weeks, because it looks like the research people have taken a vacation or I don't know why they work with such inefficiency.

This is NOT an excuse but just to explain.....

Imaging this senario -->
So you have a department that have enough work for 10 people but you only hire 2 people. Then "management" order that all account fitting "this profile" be banned for investigation.

What do you think will happend ???

Hint.: don't be mad at the employees but the management making this "situation" happen.......
It doesn't matter, the silence is the same and the inefficiency to solve these things too, they just tell you "sorry we can't do anything" "sorry, they're solving it as quickly as possible" and all those things are lies, in fact I'm sure They haven't even reviewed my appeal and who knows when they will, but I reiterate, when it comes to putting money the system works perfectly, when it comes to banning top streamers who advertise for free (which is convenient for them) they don't do anything, so you see that GGG makes total silence to normal people and basically it's a joke since many like me, dedicate a lot of time of our lives to this game and that they ban you at the beginning of the league for the wrong reason it seems to me a lack of respect.
The silence from GGG continues, they keep telling me that they can't do anything (I don't understand how a company can't refer you to another department) they only apologize but they are quick to accept the money when you deposit it. I keep seeing videos uploaded by the "Top streamers" giving accurate and solid use of awakened poe trade and none of them have been banned, I keep seeing them on twitch using it live. They only apologize but still do not solve ANYTHING. THANKS GGG have been very helpful, I keep wasting time trying to get the attention of someone superior. And I'll keep doing it until this is fixed.

Make a private message to streamers, to let them read it, and let it know to others people. That you got banned for nothing, just by using awakened poe trade, as same as they are using it.


I would if that was of any use, but that really won't help us at all, it won't get us unbanned sooner... I'm really surprised that a company like GGG doesn't retaliate on these things and basically continue to ignore their users. But well it is what it is, thanks again for nothing GGG
