Banned for "Third Party Software"

Hi everyone. I have received a ban for allegedly using "third party software" unfortunately for me I have been reading that the same thing happened to many users.
It is unfortunate that no one advises quickly on this issue since it is the beginning of the league and both I and many users dedicate many hours to this game and also spend money on it. I hope you can solve this quickly because, as I just told you, I dedicate a lot of time to this game and it is also reflected in my streams (in which you can check that I play as clean as possible) the only thing I use is price check and nothing else. Thank you for responding, I hope you can as quickly as possible since both I and many people are going through the same thing and it seems unfair to me since we spend a lot of time on this game.

" Love it when you mention your "streams" like you need to be threaten differantly then anyone else having their BAN appeal processed..... Also just for the record, you have just admitted to using 3 party software.... So your BAN appeal will be processed when it's your turn in the queue.... GL Exile. |

" And for the record, every streamer who streams POE uses Awakened Trade macro and they don't get banned. So do you think all streamers should be banned as well? I hope they solve this quickly since many users are having a hard time at the beginning of this league, and also many of us played years ago and suddenly you find that you are banned from your account due to an error is not pleasant at all. " TECH support doesn't handle account stuff. " GGG's "normal" support department doesn't handle BAN appels. That's done by the account investigation team. This is also why "normal" support can't answer questions about this, give any updates and so on.... Also GGG's policy is never to give any info on why you were banned other then the gereric ones. I also think that their procedure is "flawed / unfair" since today you get banned, then have to make a BAN appeal and then sometime later you will get the result and that's it. Did you misunderstand how the process worked / didn't put all information into the appeal process window, then there is nothing you can do..... I believe that correct procedure should be --> 1. You get banned and do the "ban appeal process". 2. After the investigation you get a "preliminary" reply that you can reply to / comment on. 3. Final result is "posted". " Excellent question and I don't have an answer for that. Is it possible that there are function in this software that are against ToS that some user use (maybe by mistake?) and others don't. I remember one tool that in the beginning didn't by then suddenly got it. Like automation macro's --> Press one key and it would do this : 1. MSG "Thx for trade". 2. Leave party. This is 2 "actions" for 1 key and not allowed. I also know that several have been banned for using "software" that came with their keyboard / mouse, that again made automation / macro's. Then there is the part about "money" / advertising for the big streamers. Does this mean that GGG treat them differantly. Well there have been several examples of this already..... And just so everyone understand. I 100% understand that @OP is confused about this BAN and wants it resolved. I just think that making as post "worded" like @OP did sounded a little like "entitlement" to me. Sorry if that wasn't entended..... |

I repeat that I just want this post to be relevant and draw the attention of the GGG staff, since as a previous user said, it is the same "top streamers" who use the same program (in this case Awakaned poe trade ) and even some more programs and in fact they continue to stream and never get banned (and probably if they were banned by mistake, it would take less time to unban them than a normal user like me) so it seems to me a lack of respect on the part of the staff that I don't know take relevance in these cases (I wouldn't be making all these statements and posts if I really didn't feel frustrated by the situation)
Anyway there is nothing else I can do, I hope they can unlock my account soon since I didn't really inflict any normal. Thanks. |
