I was having this issue constantly. I was able to get them all open, but I literally had to click on and off random things to do so. Some I had to have nothing clicked. Some I had to have Maven clicked. Some I had to have Alva clicked. Some I had to have More quantity and some not. Didn't seem to have a rhyme or reason why certain configs in the map generation menu worked or didn't. I'll be glad when it's all fixed.
