Remove legacy items

Well the premise of this thread is certainly a take.

Nobody really thought this way but it might benefit OP to, but perhaps take the term "challenge league" a bit more literally and consider temporary leagues to be the challenging version of the game and the Standard league to be more of a sandbox playground?
