ade vortex is not affected by unleash less damage multiplier because it does not repeat. This has been specifically clarified by mark_GGG

Bow (now as two handed) self cast BV... Think it will be awesome ! With the new flat phys' on gen' bows, this gonna be fun. Yup the nerf hurts a bit (no, a lot ok, i agree) but still good maybe

BV doesn't repeat with unleash, the damage nerf for unleash doesn't affect BV, you still want to use it with BV.

YES. You get 48.3% more base spell damage and 8.3% more damage from another flat sources. This is a byff.

potential problem with mark on hit gem...remember the mana issue with mark on hit rings? Since there is no clarification in the gem that it only applies if the target isn't already marked, doesn't that mean we are getting that same old problem that the marks get repeatedly cast over and over and over again with huge mana costs each time?
