same here, 2018 Mac, 10.15 Catalina, wont reach load screen, crashes instantly. tried reinstalling everything, cache checking, all that jazz, and had no success.

Same problem, crashes during startup since the last patch. Installed thru Steam on 2020 iMac Pro running Monterey.
