1H + Shield // Double Strike + Tempest shield + 5 Auras ( v1.0)

I'm probably just blind, but where is the elemental damage you were talking about coming from? I see that you're using Elemental Hit, but you said that you were planning on doing elemental damage with Double Strike? Are the elemental damage nodes just for aura damage?
So with this build you're counting on enemies to hit you in order to generate shock stacks, and yet you link Tempest Shield to Blind, which reduces the chance to hit you? What about damage from ranged or caster mobs, which won't be blocked? They also won't receive shock stacks.

And as it's been mentioned, how do you plan on generating a lot of elemental damage? You can use an elemental weapon and auras which increase that, sure, but you're using a pure physical attack as your main source of damage. Glacial Hammer would work better in this regard, but that would lessen your life returns when attacking. Also, what about bosses, in which case the double attack/life on hit theory goes out the window? You could just use Double Strike, but it's been lessened by 20% damage by Melee Splash, and it's already at only 70% damage effectiveness.

Finally, endurance charges. Warlord's Mark doesn't seem necessary because mana and life leeching seems like a redundancy, so Enduring Cry?

So I dunno. It does seem like a fun build, but it does not seem very optimized. Although I'm not sure which direction I would take it instead because it does have some synergy, just not a firm playstyle.
I'm 99.99% sure that blind don't works with Unwavering stance (you can't evade, just block).

Also evasion come before block check, so if you remove UW and still use blind you will proc Tempest shield less often.
