Yep this is the same issue I've been having since scourge started... I highly doubt all these different people have the exact same issues happen all of a sudden. This exact thing has happened before and it took ggg months to fix it. Hoping it doesn't take that long this time although its already at the 1 month mark... This is also happening to me a lot since Expedition (not sure in Ultimatum, can't remember...) I think I also tried switching settings, reinstall, install to a different drive but nothing has worked so far. One fix to this is get someone to invite you to party, which ends the loading screen. Still happening to me and my friends on EU. The only way to fix this is to invite, whisper, kick or do any other action with the person experiencing the bug. Having the same issue. I reinstalled several times on standalone and steam, deleted all caches, logs etc. I even reinstalled windows 10 from scratch. It's still happening. I am really frustrated. I have 3 year old custom build PC including a RTX2080. Didn't have any major issues so far. Here is a log from the disconnect.
