Extreme latency in Scourge league instances

I was having similar issues in the new league; I've rarely had performance issues with POE before other than mobs losing their resolution during ultimatum or full player groups, and even then performance remained okay. Now, I get random frequent 1-2 second freezing stutters.

However, I ran a character through a couple maps on standard and did not have this issue except when trying to run a detonate dead build (which I had intended to run this league; the lag it gave me on Scourge was immense, but I tested a vortex build and a freezing pulse totem build as well; the result was still lag on scourge, no lag on standard.)

Same as Sekai777 above said, lag spikes on Scourge league, but not in standard.

I'm still having these issues, especially in the last week. This is the only game I have issues with. I work for a tech company and had one of my techs run advanced networking, ping and hop tests and everything is normal. It's something with the game, specifically happens when in scourge. I'm happy to provide GGG with more information, reminds me I should try to open a ticket.
