Elemental Overload bugged

Didnt know this was a bug and relying on it.. sad I didnt notice for this many days lol

how hard can it be?

can we get some type of confirmation that this will be fixed? i have two skills that do not proc the damage modifier in tooltip and it looks as though the damage is not ramping up to the 40%.

this is a CORE damage modifier.. imagine crit not working. either explain wtf is going on (PLEASE) or at least give this thread some feedback.

any type of connect would be appreciated so that we can alter our builds into crit should this issue take any longer than the already TO LONG ignoring of the problem.

i can remember a time when GGG would prioritize the dialogue on matters that could anger a rather large part of the community using a core function. not anymore eh?

Apparently it works, but you can't see it - very confusing

I have no way of knowing if this is working as stated above, there really needs to be a visual confirmation. Character sheet dps does not show an increase at all.

I'm having the same issue. Using oscillating sceptre to get EO. I know I can crit; I have the lab enchant on my boots that gives crit chance if you haven't crit recently, and after landing a crit, the crit chance on the character sheet drops as expected. I don't get an EO buff icon though. Not sure if I'm getting the damage boost because I use mantra of flames and lots of temporary buffs, so my dps is always fluctuating... pretty annoying.
