Elemental Overload bugged

New Elemental overload also doesn't working with traps although coming from the description should

Along with no tooltip change when the buff is active, idk if i'm going crazy or not, but i can hear my ability getting crits but the buff icon doesn't show on the skill.

Oscillating Sceptre and using different attacks with conversion to elemental damage and none receiving the 40% buff, numbers in the elemental raw damage in tooltip or character screen doesnt increase at all.

Same problem here i did tested with high crit chance and dnt proc

Same here. Tested in a Marauder with Two-Hand and One-Hand weapons.

Same here, tested with ball lightning and firestorm, DPS tooltip same

Buff did not apperar, damage did not increase. |

Same problem here. Even with crit shrine, no icon or DPS increase.
