Having them too...mostly in strand maps.
4-8 k ping... After i open a portal back Tonmy HO everything is ok.. 18 ms Back in map...4-8 k spikes. Open another map. Ping is ok. 18-20 ms.. So i think its an area issue or the servers that handle this area. Bayern des samma mia

Had same issue when i'm on Library, the odd thing is i was on Library before and didnt lag at the first time.
The solution for me is using VPN, at least for now it seems ok. |

Same issue - some maps with normal ping - 50 ms (Japan), another with 300 ms.

This doesn't happen when i switch to a standard character, I'm only experiencing these lag spikes in Scourge.

Changing the network mode to Predictive fixed it
