Yeah, there's a few broken things in PoB Community, but I'm taking those into account.

Essentially you're getting the same tree as before but some more awkwardly placed nodes an a few extra fillers. The masteries are bits that have been carved off previous nodes and then offered to you as an extra. However you don't have the points to get them without losing elsewhere.

Some people on here talking how Gladiator needed a bigger nerf, and some b.c. like this have never ever played Gladiator in their whole life. Just looking at their profile, and it's quite obvious how biased they are, with their easy to play, easy to gear, and easy to do all - Rangers/Casters builds.

Gladiator previously only have a solid defenses, but you invest all of your Ascendancy points to get there, and get 0 damage in return. And you don't magically get to this numbers, as you needed to invest heavily into the tree.

Now Gladiator is only viable(partially, and it's way worst), and you need to spend way more on to tree in terms of defense, and get way way less DPS, and DPS was huge crap before.
And they deleted any ele conversation Gladiator. My Frost Blade got deleted completely.

I really want you see how you would make Gladiator work on any Strike Skill, which for me is the only melee this game has to offer.

Reave and BF is a channeling crap, that doesn't feel melee at all.

And if my memory don't lie to me, your old Reave Gladiator was like 200x time stronger, than the one you pasted.
Also your POB on the so call 3.16 Gladiator is lacking, and it's far from up to date.
You need 123 int, you got only 85, need 212 dex, you got 181.
Also some of the items are ridiculous pricey, if they can ever be found, like the boots with
25% spell Black, 34 to all res, Your crit Chance is Lucky, Taiwind, Elusive, 10% dodge, and 70 life.

Good luck on anyone finding this.
Good luck with the rings as well, as he have 150 resists from the rings.
His Shield is everything but budget based. :D

And just at the tree, he is investing super heavily in defense in the tree, DMG will be an absolutely crap for any Strike Skill for example.
And removing the ridiculous boots that pretty much no one can get their hands on, his DPS and defense will go down to the ground big time. He will be at 0% Spell Block, and Dodge chances will be gone as well.

It's a huge lose in terms of DPS and even more of a lose in terms of defense, no matter what everyone say. His previous build if i'm not wrong, which used insane items(as some of now), was dealing what ? 100m ? Now he can't even make it to 10m.
And due to his gem setup(optimized for DMG), his clear speed is crap, his mapping is taken forever.
You had to be mad to pick Gladiator, when you could make tons more DPS as Champion for example or any other class.

Gladiator was gutted big time.

Speaking of channeling, the infused channeling wheel up beside Templar was deleted. There's 10% of a damage type reduction of your choosing gone. What was the comment in the manifesto? Something about improving defences?

They also changed the locations of the axe and sword bleed nodes you used to take on a bleed bow with lioneye's jewel. If it weren't dead before, it sure is now. Lol.

Probably an oversight as they simply added a multiplier on jewels and didn't account for that.

I don't think this is true at all as almost all the damage wheels warcry wheela and impale wheels got serious nerfs or just outright removed. There is a hell of a lot less damage and crit on the tree than there used to be now.

Never used them.

Talking about wheels - fortify is now only an investment of 3 skill points which also give good increased damage, not a whole gem.

To be fair the only one that worked somehow was FB, with some very heavy investment to get to as high as 2-3mln. of DPS, which was a joke already having in mind how much you need to invest to even get to there. While Rider could have easily get to 20mln. and still have very solid defenses.
