Mageblood belt

I think people who're not looking into this belt don't understand that this belt literally will be the most broken item in the game. It will put Headhunter in a corner.

Here's some examples of what you can do:
- Diamond Flask + Bismut Flask + Quicksilver Flask + Sulphur Flask

Lets assume you use Enkindling Orbs for 70% increased effect and Alchemist prefix for 25% increased effect on all flasks. Lets also assume we get 25% additional Flask effect from tree/gear for a total of 120% flask effect total.

For flask suffixes we'll run:
- Adrenaline: 12-14% increased Movement Speed during Flask effect (Level 85)
- Warding: 60-65% Reduced Effect of Curses on you during Flask effect (Level 84)
- Attack Speed: 15-17% increased Cast Speed during Flask effect (Level 82)
- Resistance: 30% to all Elemental resistances.

So you'll have these passive effects:
- Quicksilver: (40% + 14%) * 2.2 = 119% increased movement speed
- Bismuth: (35 + 30) * 2.2 = 143 to all elemental resistances (Resistance cap is 135)
- Sulphur Flask: (40 * 2.2) + (17 * 2.2) = 88% increased damage, 37% increased cast speed and Passive Consecrated ground under you.
- Diamond Flask: (100 + 70) * 2.2. = 374% increased critical strike chance.
Couple this diamond flask with a source of Brittle in your build and you get 15% additional base crit.

This mean that by ONLY using Brittle from an item slot or the skill tree and a Diamond flask you're able to PERMANENTLY have (5% + 15%) * 4,74 = 95% crit chance.

So from a belt alone and 4 magic utility flasks you're able to get:
- 95% crit chance (Need no other source of crit from gear)
- 120% increased movement speed passively
- 143 all resistance (You literally need ZERO elemental resistances from the rest of your gear)
- 88% increased damage and 37% increased cast/attack speed
- Passive Consecrated ground underneath you.

This allows you to invest in gear without having to give a flying sh*t about things like resistances or crit chance on your gear.

I hope this makes people understand the potential of this belt.

Sigh. Well hopefully the viewers who are overhyping it won't have enough currency to buy it.

Sorry man this belt will most likely be at least as rare as headhunter and the price will be at least similar.

Did you try turning it off and on again?
You won't have to invest in resistances and crit on gear but your build just got 100ex more expensive lol. Not so OP.

Not to rain on your parade...but you can't compare this just to HH. You have to compare it to HH+the very same flask buffs, just not boosted by Enkindling Orb and Alchemist's prefix. After all, we're talking about builds that are on such level that they can kill most bosses quickly enough to actually have the flasks up for most of the fight.

So, in effect, we have approximately (due to rolls):
+80 life
+50 STR
+50 DEX
any bonuses you scavenge from rare mobs

vs:
35 STR
50 DEX
25 fire and cold resist
from flasks, extra:
+51% move speed
+62% all resists
38% increased damage
16% increased attack or cast speed
95% increased critical chance. Unless I'm missing something, your math there is off and you're counting the enkindling orb twice there. Where'd that +70 base come from?

In any case, while still impressive, it's within the same power range as HH I think.

The numbers might be +-1 off due to rounding.

+65% move speed
+78% all resists
48% increased damage
20% increased attack or cast speed
120% increased critical chance. Unless I'm missing something, your math there is off and you're counting the enkindling orb twice there. Where'd that +70 base come from?

Edit: a minute, redoing math because I forgot that the 25% from gear/tree counts for both.

The crit is 100% from implicit, 70% from Veiled modifier and 120% increased flask effect. 170 * 2.2 = 374% increased crit chance.
The thing is that it's a minmaxers dream.

This belt is a minmaxers dream. Think of it this way. By getting close to 100% crit chance and all elemental resistances you need from a Belt slot and 2 flasks. How many suffixes and prefixes does it open up on your gear?
A character needs ~140 all resistances. With completely perfect resistance stats you get 48%for each element so that opens up roughly 9 suffix slots you can replace with things like crit multiplier or influenced mods et.c.

And this is not the only example of ridiculous crap you can do.
You could literally run a Topaz, Ruby and Saphire Flask. These flasks have 50% resistance and 20% reduced elemental dmg taken to a specific element. If you get 120% flask effect this results in 44% reduced elemental damage taken which is completely insane. By running those 3 flasks and that belt you'd almost be immune to elemental damage.

Headhunter comes nowhere close this belt in power overall. Headhunter might be stronger during certain burst intervals, like when you're clearing a legion and can get 20 stacks for a brief period of time. But ever since they nerfed self cursing Headhunter is too inconsistent.

I'm 99% sure this belt will be insanely sought after next league. Wouldn't be surprised if it would be worth a mirror.

100 ex is literally a days worth of farming for those who know what they do.
Ah. I've heard the veiled modifier is getting changed though. And you didn't mention it originally, instead using reduced effect of curses.
Enkindling gives +50% effect, doesn't it? Or is the wiki wrong?

Either way, this mostly seems like a QoL increase. Even if it's 70%, that's like a 50% increase over a non-enkindled flask that's otherwise identical (assuming alch + some increased effect on you from tree).

Presumably you also want to dedicate two of your slots to a health pot and a unique pot (item doesn't stop you from equipping a unique pot in one of those 4 slots, just it doesn't apply it to you automatically). So three utility pots that are half-again better than they were before, in exchange for whatever opportunity cost you take for the belt slot? 'cause you're probably already going have the ability to keep the pots active if you care about them. Seems kinda niche.

Definitely nice while leveling 44+ when you don't have the clear speed to keep your stuff active.

Nope, not at all - quote me on that.

If anything, it's trash for every endgame content.

1) Only magic flasks
2) No HP
3) Most endgame content can be done with flasks up 24/7 and if you do run out of flasks then you're either bad or have too low DPS for the content to be done viably.

Not to mention that they're nerfing ailments and buffing flasks further.

It's garbo.

It might cost a mirror, and it would be worth it. That's how garbo it is.
