Requires lvl 44, certainly is good for leveling.

" The big thing not in your math is the loss from no unique flasks, which can be half your total DPS. If there are no good flasks for your build (like non-crit bleed or poison its only ok), then not a huge deal I guess. |

True. I haven't read through all of the patch notes but I searched "Hatred" and "Taste of Hate" and no nerfs there. Dying Sun just got a duration nerf I think.

It's a really neat item, and one that can change some of how you play. Yeah, the crazy top half a percenters who get literal billions of DPS for free don't care because they can burn through everything, but depending on how pricey it ends up being, the belt could be a great way for less insane players to do funky things with flasks - especially since you no longer need to concern yourself at all with charge duration, charge gain, or anything else, or you can configure your flasks differently.
Picture this belt for Explosive Concoction, as one idea. The effects of the utility flasks that fuel the skill will be up constantly, no maintenance required, so all the flask charges can be dedicated to throwing bombs. Can max charges on your flasks for highest possible ammo counts when bombarding bosses, or just shoot for maximizing the effects of the flasks and get Poacher's Mark to sustain your bombing runs against large targets. It simplifies the playstyle greatly and lets you change how you itemize the build. I suppose what the belt does is present an option that makes builds that can't benefit from blowing a hundred exalts on a bunch of super-overpriced unique damagey flasks more attractive, through allowing them to get better flasks and benefit from all the extra power of Enkindled flasks without dealing with the uptime drawbacks. That and nothing's saying you CAN'T use a key unique flask, especially since I'm morally certain that "Leftmost 4" modifier is rollable and ranges from 1 to 4. But even if it's not? Three powerful Enkindled magic flasks that are up 100% of the time and your choice of a Big Deepz flask could still work nicely, ne? She/Her

" This belt does not give infinite charges, it does not even help with recharging them, it gives only the effect(buff) of the flask so it is not anyhow better for Explosive Concoction... actually it is huge nerf to it compared to using cheap unique flasks, so one may think it is good for brand new Poisonous Concoction? Wrong again, that one is from life flasks. Which is not considered utility. This belt actually sucks compared to other endgame belts but will be good at 1 specific thing, which in hopes of it to not cost arm and leg i will not mention. But it is little exploit involving 3auras 2clusters 2notables 3 flasks and 1 weapon and this belt which after putting in the path of building showed 50m dps build to go to 780mil dps All other builds will do better taking HH or rare belt, even flask builds will do better with rare flaskbelt with abyss slot. I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty,
I feel pretty, and witty and gay, And I pity Any girl who isn’t me today! | |
" What? What unique flasks are you using that constitute "50% of your total dps", that you also can have 100% uptime even during bossing? |

Basically, the people saying this belt isn't insane is because value doesn't fit the current meta of trivializing fights through high DPS and especially burst via unique flasks.
However, if the new uber content shifts the meta toward needing sustain and mitigation then this belt is off the charts as a source for those things as well as hugely flexible. You can basically build multiple high level defensive layers through just the belt and flask effect while still being able to simply swap out flasks for movement speed and crit when mapping. |

" Have to keep in mind you will be able to use the new Flask Orbs that grant 70% increased flask effect. You'll be able to run stuff like Diamond Flask of Ording for 160% increased crit chance. Multiply it with the Enkindling Orb effect and you'll have a passive flask effect that increases your crit chance by 270%. There's lots of examples of insane flask effects you can get this way. This belt is defintely going to be strong if you use it correctly with the new Flask currencies. |
