Banned on tft - for no reason a whole section of trade no more accessable

Hi there,
have to write my frustration down here and id like to talk about tft. lst night i got a trade whisper as u would get if someone buys stuff from official trade site. was in heist couldnt react direct on gettin that whisper, 2 minutes later i invited him gave him 5 uberelder frags and got 150c. after trade done party disbanded i got a whisper. he wanted to give the frags back and said that he overpaid me because he had another trade whisper send to another player, and payed way to much. as i know he didnt, i got 150c , 30c per frag. I told him , for me he got what he asked for and i dont see any reason to give back currency. he called me a scammer and worded that he will get me banned on discord. i laughed at him because i didnt realize what would happen. Hes best friend or buddy with one of the mods, so again 5-10 minutes later i got a whisper for heist contracts, i placed a while back on tft heist-wtb. after i said yes ill buy , pumchy got himself known as a tft mod and that i have to give back currency to that user. i told pumchy that he got what he wanted that he didnt get overpaid and i truly have to say got angry because i didnt do anything wrong. pumchys "evidence" of me beeing a scammer was my wording towards that other guy, i told him after he threatend me to report me on tft, i said " get lost" so wtf, never scammed anyone, and in 5 minute i get banned not able to access a whole trade comm .. this is truly bullshit. " That's how it is with the "power creep" people like so much. Uhh I am a MOD so let me abiuse the power..... Gather all chat logs and hope to find the "owner" of the discord channel and send it all to him. Nothing anyone in GGG can do for you. |

Given the amount of mod abuse that people have complained about on here and Reddit I'm surprised nobody has set up a rival yet

Mods are probably all in cahoots and will try to suppress advertising on their discord/reddit but you can still advertise on discord itself, these forums, word of mouth... Discord mods have no real power Remember, they do it for free |

this is what happen when more and more sites to trade is created beyond the game client and ggg still live in the gaming world from the 1990s

i never had a problem on TFT. Maybe get proactive in those cases and talk to a mod yourself rather than waiting for threads to come up. And if you can´t stay professional in conversations you shouldn´t be on there anyway.

The other person made it sound like you got a lot more than 150c. If you can prove that you got 150c for the 5 frags, then you probably have a case to appeal. Otherwise, you're probably boned.

There's nothing you can do. Chris has supported TFT for trading since Harvest and he's confirmed on his podcast tour that zero improvements will ever be made to trading in game. You will have to give a refund and get down on your knees and beg TFT for forgiveness.
It's not TFT's fault. They can do whatever they want on their platform, fair or not. It's GGG's fault for pushing everyone onto TFT and then wiping their hands clean. |
