To be fair, it was Friday when it was first suggested that you contact your ISP support.
Also, many ISP do have support available on the weekends. Have you actually tried to contact them? Seems like you are focused more on complaining on the forums against any advice you're given that doesn't fit your agenda, rather than trying to resolve your issue yourself. |

Again : have you ever called an ISP in your entire life ? dont know where you live maybe when you call its a network engineer that answers and he tells you step by step what to do. In my country its someone who checks if there are irregularities and tells you to turn on and off the device. If that doesnt works they arrange for a tech to come at your place. they wont do that because i literally have 0 internet problems. And i can tell you that by fact i've had several ISP over the years and a lot of problems with them. So no i wont call them because i know 100% there's not a doubt in my mind that even if i tell them about a winMTR and a hop that isnt responding well they wont do shit about it or i would have to get mad on the phone, stay 1 hour to get to a "real" tech and i'm not even sure he would do something about it " So lets still be fair my good friend you're being kind of dishonest with me here. I'm "complaining" about you guys on one specific advice I have tried to resolve the issue myself you can read my first post Been playing this game for years and i've had 2 forum posts so i'm not sure what you mean by complaining on the forums |
