BUT what gives BM? BM gives u 20% inc life LOL ROFL and also REMOVED ALL UR MANA its same 1k mana as CI but it wont give u ANY immune at all!!! WHERE BALANCE? What else left side gives u? Resolute Technique (trash) its like nothing at all... i have just 1 low lvl mod accuracy and some dex and i always get fortify even WITHOUT RT node! Why needed that node if u can get 90-95% hit even with 1/2 node and some dex or 1 mod on 1 gear with accuracy... also crit chance insane stronger so RT weaken even in this term... what else left side have? Unwavering Stance that almost all CI/lowlife builds takes! why it cant have something cannot be stunned if ur life higher 1,5 times than ur ES? That way it will be ONLY good for life builds or it should be good ONLY for ES builds? than at least make life builds immune to stun... And other small node/notable node also weaken on left side in term of power We all know that CI mandatory for deep delve, endgame, etc it also ez to stack 10k es than 10k life while have more dps for CI than BM Can u get pure 10k+ life with 4-5 aura AND insane dps? NAH! Can u get pure 10k+ ES with 4-5 aura AND insane dps? YEP! Arent FULL immune should give more negative than just remove 1k life? Why BM soooooo weak? Left side builds 6k/6,5k life still can die more often than right side 5k/5,5k life with ailm immune + es + other mechanics also right side allow more fun mechanic and ez crits U think its balanced? How u think it should be balanced? It's perfect as it is because you can choose which kind of a char you want to build. It would be horrible if every class had easy access to everything! Even the oils make grabbing nodes far easier than it should be imo.

crimson dance, impaler, call to arms, glancing blows???? and I don't know why you divide this to 2 parts when its 3, the int and strength area is just fine, the dex area is pure garbage as long as strength builds can easily stack max block + glancing blows + life gain on block, there is nothing from the dex part of the tree that makes it more survivable. and thats not even including ec stacking, fortify, way more life nodes, stun immunity, and strength main stat giving actual useful stats if you think dex part of the tree is fine, know this: top hc players played raiders and died to drox banners. that is... SO sad |

I really wouldn't compare BM to CI in the current state of the game. BM is quite different to how it used to be with lowlife being at 50% and all the new tools we have.
In regards to deep-delving it's a bit different. Yes, we see a lot of CI characters. However, a life version of it is also possible but more gimmicky. The last thing I've seen was a permanent "Shroud of the Lightless"-stealth build as a Jugg that self-inflicts physical damage to gain stupid amounts of liferegen which let's you actually take damage past 1k depth and takes care of all chaos sources. We have so many crazy and diverse tools nowadays. You just can't really compare stuff anymore tbh. If it works, it works and most stuff does work. |

Dex area has some pathing they need to fix IMO, the right side of shadow and ranger both feel like they have too many travel nodes and a few extra points would make all the difference.
They probably need to look at dex as a stat too, strengths life bonus just feels superior in most regards and is responsible for some of the discrepancy. |

IMO the problem stems from the fact that while STR part got life focus and INT part got ES focus, DEX has evasion. And while life and ES are "primary" defense-that means hit point pool-evasion is secondary defense layer.
While primary and secondary defense together synergize well, multiple secondary defenses have negative synergy. For example, having 50% dodge and 50% evasion won't result in 100% chance to not take damage from attack but only 75%, usually at higher expense than getting 75% either evasion or dodge. And that's a problem when you look how primary and secondary defenses are laid out on the tree. You have, give or take, block on the left, dodge on the right...and the DEX area is where you get multiple secondary defenses but little primary. |

I wish the skill tree was 30 points bigger, without a huge grind.
Besides that, for balance, I haven't considered the right side superior yet. I wouldn't say either side stands out for me. However some nodes individually probably need balance. Which go for it, list all the nodes / passives / leylines - that need balance. They probably need another defensive theme added, all together (on top of what they already have, meaning; not replacing other stuff). While adding the new weapon trees from POE 2 to POE 1, equally, not separated. For a bigger POE1 + POE2 Tree, entirely 1000%. 20vs20 group pvp updates (for the main game, not royal). Siege vs siege maps. Randomized & shuffled passive trees. Bigger trees +30 point updates. Large towns hosting 100+ people; bard taverns. A field near town for guild events.
