Another idea
If you use The Iron Mass, ur skeletons use the weapon, which has base 5 crit chance, so:
8% brittle
5% iron mass
3% helm
1.5% assassin's mark

Puts u on 17.5% base crit chance

400% power charge
30% vicious bite
80%~ precision + generosity
=100% crit chance :)

Multiplier:
30% base
122% 20/20 crit dmg
15% vicious bite
50% kingmaker
45%~ assassn's mark
= 262% crit multi

So 3.62 multiplier

The weapon doesn't help any. Skeletons, like all minions, have a base crit chance of 5%.

Precision + Generosity might work, but most physical minions convert to cold in the current meta, and that either blocks a green gem from socketing into Triad Grip or prevents 100% physical to cold conversion. Granted, I may be forced to go this route myself.

With that said your math is off. If you have 5% base crit + 12.5% additional crit (17.5%), you only need 472% increased critical strike chance to reach cap.

A 20/20 ICD grants 142% increased critical damage. The gem got buffed in 3.15, but the wiki hasn't reflected any of these changes except in the change log. You're better off using PoEDB in this regard.

Your're not wrong to want to look at this more though. Using Syndicate Operatives I want Sniper's Mark, preventing Assassin's Mark. I also will only be using a L20 Unbound Ailments, making Brittle cap at 7.7% additional crit. I need 537% increased critical strike chance, only obtainable by scaling Precision and Cluster Jewels.
One more thing you can do is use the belt the let your zombies and spectre use ur flask instead of you.
U can give them diamond flask for 100% crit chance, along with other nice flasks.

But that's ofc a big downside not having flasks..
