I spent last and this league trying to get back into the game after a bit of a hiatus. And what ive determined after coming out of the fog which ive said for years not that my OP matters but maybe some of you agree.

Itemization hasnt been good in PoE since 2015. The oversaturation, the useless, useless rares/uniques i mean afetr years of this almost no drop in poe is exciting. I am not excited for loot to drop in an ARPG... A game like Diablo 2 with MUCH less items does loot FAR better than this game. Im not even sure how thats MENTALLY possibly but in implementation its glaringly obvious.

Theres TOO MANY MECHANICS. I really cant believe im saying this but.. Between the ten boring, dull acts that I have to play through constantly, theres 1million other sub categories of shit for me to grind.. Normally this would be a good thing, but not when I have to go out of my waay for everything. And again, when loot is not exciting pro tip.. Nothing else matters. I dont want to do some "cool mechanic" only to know loot is still.. SHIT.

Trading for all of my upgrades in SC Trade. I love to trade, its great. You know whats not great? And this all falls back on shit itemization but I can count on 1hand the amount of drops ill actually use myself when playing this game. Its astonishing how I almost never ID an upgrade. Haha, and if im in maps? forget it. Everything gets sold for currency so I can go to the trade site and find what I need. Wow, exciting.

These are just a FEW of my issues with the game but these things for me are game breaking considering ive dealt with it for (4years) and its only getting worse.

PoE is absolutely one of my favorite games of all time. I voice my opinion but I still think its a good game. Ive played over 5000 hours of this game since 2013 2 accounts.. But I am hanging up my PoE career and going to d2r sep23 considering its the game that got me in to this genre in the first place.

If PoE can ever return to a more sensible state for me.. Fun, creative, intriguing content where I dont feel like im wasting my time. Make playing the game fun again. Sometime simple is better, I just wanna logon farm some cool maps and have the chance to find some really cool build enabling loot and that never happens in this game anymore..

I agree with him on the part about why should a guy who's playing 1m self cast rolling magma build lose his favorite spec? My Perforate spec that's been completely functional since 3.7 till 3.14 got majorly fucked 3.15, few people telling me just play something else; why? I want to play Perforate again.

So annoying how this game is balanced like a moba, there is absolutely 0 reason for a build that is good at the moment to not be good 5 years from now.

Physical and mental health are interwoven and streaming is inherently stressful. You'd think gaming would be stress-reducing but it's actually not. It causes additional bad stress on the body/mind unless you're having fun. Mix two stressful activities together and a physical malady on top and you're going to have a bad time. I think that's the point of Big Ducks' comment, not "PoE so bad in 3.15 it gave me ulcers."

3.15 was not intended to be the last nerf, it was promised last overall nerf due to the backlash. It was the *big* nerf, absolutely. If 3.15 was a 5 star nerf, 3.16 would have been 2-3, 3.17 1-2. Nerfs were not planned to end with 3.15, that was lost revenue. Also hopefully honest complaints by longtime players, but definitely revenue.

And I watched the entire video, it was well stated and argued.
