Go on and quit on, let's return Poe to how it was when it first started, [Removed by Support]. You know back when people didn't think they are entitled to any positive changes.

"Hey let's crap on the vast majority of players"
D2R comes out, reminds people what it's like to have a game where the loot isn't intentionally crapped out and player hands aren't tied behind their back constantly GGG posts the "next parts" of their manifesto, "well, we avoided the fact our game was centered around glass cannons and now maybe we'll actually buff generic player defenses" but it's a bit too little too late, league was predictably a slow awful turd and an even bigger kowtow to streamers and hyper econo players Check out my whale ass pack purchases here, still have a grandmasters token But until said patch comes about, average player power, deterministic crafting, PoE2 "now 6L's aren't only for streamer or bot econo players" etc. and a big change on garbage loot modifiers (there is 0 purpose to garbage mods Chris, 0 purpose besides to frustrate players) I think I'll stick with a facelifted 2-decade old game for the time, I hope the team played D2R too and remembered where their damn roots were Last edited by HH_PoE#1757 on Oct 10, 2021, 8:33:59 PM

" D2/D2R has a different relationship with equipment in general when compared to POE. Sometimes it's just better to clear things naked in D2 than go in and risk having to chase down your corpse. Zerg rushing a boss is more effective in some instances. Equipment has seemed to lose value just over the course of a week for me in D2. It is almost pointless to pick up at this point, much like POE. I see mostly the same set items, runes, and uniques. There are still chase items I'm looking for but I don't need them. You can beat the game naked. I'm not bashing D2, just saying the rosy picture being painted isn't quite so nice after a few weeks for me. I might not even make it two weeks before I put it down. The one thing that D2 has over POE that is more attractive to some is likely the ability to progress just through sheer persistence in spite of gear and/or skill. You can press forward in any gear (or no gear) without much resistance from the game. The servers being mostly down has not done it any favors. Thanks for all the fish!
