Cinderswallow will still be the best to use for mana sustain if you’re not allocating Mind Drinker for the 2% mana recovered on kill. Soul Thief gives us the ES recover on kill which makes up for the loss from cinderswallow. The life recover does not matter for the build. Also the cluster jewel notable, I forgot what it’s called, leeches energy shield for spell damage done.

Hmm, got it!
My single target dps is kinda lacking too. I think I don't have enough cast speed to reach the big explosion at 20 stacks of energy. How can I improve it? |
