Hey OP here is build I spec'd out in PoB before league started ... hated league so didnt play.

But maybe you can use it... Requirement cheap AF because uses Fulcrum which no one uses.

This build is expensive AF lmao

Its good though gonna save this one for when i feel like a currency dump but you can't give this to any kind of casual and expect them to get the gear.

The totembro cyclone chieftains a baller AF build on a budget so post them to the build guides for the basic bitch version lol

This is the problem. After years of playing, people are completely disconnected from what it was to be new or what it is to be a casual player.

Cheap is <5 Ex. That is years away from cheap.

I agree, that's not a "cheap" build for a casual. That's a cheap build for someone who knows what he's doing and plays very efficiently and knows how to trade of course.

What I consider cheap is something like "https://pastebin.com/jkmpP5kB". That's a build I'm trying in SSF atm, not very mapped out yet and can't say if it works because I've only started mapping with it, but the items except for Ryslathas' Coil are very cheap and the belt isn't needed at all.

It's nothing fancy aswell, just an Impale champ with some focus on armour, block (trying to get 75% attack block) and life on block eventually. Right now it's very tanky as is and should only be getting problems with elemtental damage/spells later on.
If I were a casual without much time, I'd try such a basic build.

I think game is becoming more and more casual friendly since 3.13, tradeable watchstones means you dont have to do any conqueror progression grind, if you slowly make your way to maps by playing 1h a day, in 10 days(i think 10h is good time for a10 for casual), then farm some quarry ultimatums, for the next 10 hours, you will make 1500 chaos(150 chaos /h from quarry ultimatums), you can then buy 32 watchstones + your endgame gear, and go do your sirus 8, with no grinding involved

True.. I got further than ever before. The watchstones are indeed a very good move to help casual players like me. Problem still is, I got 3k hours over the last 6 years. So I got decent amount of knowledge on the game over this time.

It was really nice to actually do get close to atlas completion. Think I got to around 157 . Way further than ever before, and I believe it is thanks to not have progression walled off by the Sirus fight, which requires a lot of practice. Something that's not available to everyone.

I'd check out the herald of agony guardian build (or herald of purity)..
I'm running it this league and it's a tank. With less than 5ex invested you can facetank Sirus at A6, do T16 maps with ease, delerium maps, normal & uber atziri and so forth.
It's not screen wide explosion fast but gets the job done quick and safely.
If you get more currency you can blow 30-50ex on this build to get al BIS items and facetank everything. But with 5Ex you can run pretty much all content.
It's not meta so a lot of items are dirt cheap (like 10chaos for boots, 15choas chest, 10c gloves etc etc).
