3.14 Ultimatum Performance Issues - Stuttering & Low FPS

Same here. Ultimatum is barely playable.

Unfortunately I have the same problem since 3.14 and Ultimatum is mostly unplayable. Almost every other game I can play on ultra or high settings without any problems.

My spec:
AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core Processor
AMD Radeon RX 5600XT

I tried all "tricks" but nothing helps.

My PC is old, proc is ancient, card average but I am still able enjoy most of the games inc Witcher 3 without issues. 3.13 was pretty good until the patch before harvest manifesto announcement (large patch btw). 3.14 - not commenting on start - still was ok-ish until today. Extreme drop in fps, lag spikes, render issues, name anything - I got it. Last time I had this issues was in Delirium , so I have dropped POE for 2 leagues. If I leave now I may not come back, it is all coming to the point I have enough.

I have tried Geforce now but pretty much same issues. So whatever GGG does its wrong.

Yup, I'm running on a ryzen 5 2600 & a 3090, still an issue. I dont know what they did from 3.13-3.14 but holy jesus did things get screwed up

Same problem as all of the above. Ran every trick that I can think of or I've read about but same garbage as everyone else. Ultimatum is a joke. In between these last patches I was at least able to play the league mechanic to some degree, but now (even as a miner) it's still flat out unplayable.

Not worth my time, get your crap in order GGG. Playing Last Epoch until then.

Same issues as above i get lag spikes for 15-45 seconds at a time. did not happen till this league

I think I did an entire reinstall of PoE on either 3.12 or 3.13, so I wasn't expecting this... but nearly ALL of my issues are completely resolved after running down the checklist I read off to every idiot as an IT professional.

It took a third party tool I haven't had to use in quite sometime. GGPK, thank you again. You've fixed the garbage code fragmentation I've all been dealing with.
