" And rightfully so. Once you open that can of worms, everything comes into question. People already memed on "Streamer Drops" as a thing, and now it could very well be a possibility. Especially when they just took it upon themselves to "fix" ques for streamers without some of their knowledge. They could very easily tweak the drops, too. I would really hope they wouldn't, but they have done a lot of shady things in the past in regards to the economy, and even now they are letting people abuse an early start (Empry's party). |

It's very obvious GGG knew this launch was screwed all day long if not longer now that we all are actually dropping and stuck in queues. It would be different if streamers just got a little jump start... but GGG knew they would be disconnecting all day long and in queues every single time, so they removed queues for them. It's so obvious.

can i just say this ... i know it seems off topic and all that given the current state of the game proclaming streamer civil war and all that... however after reading this i do have to say that it sucks that female gamers have to litterally hide in the shadows ...cause sometimes the trolls are so god danmed toxic sadge.. trully
on another note heres what bother me a little (and no not trying to sound like a over sensitve snow flake) but i dont stream never have (not that id ever be able too since my pc wants to file a restraining order each time i open a harbinger map) but as some one whos been playing this game since ....mar 24th 2013? and has never had the amount of currency that some of these streamers have? kinda make me curious if the fan base is actually giving them this currency (the same way that a patreon supporter can send money) kinda makes you think dosent it.. like low key rmt for merch or something....hmmm |

" Some get it from fans. You have to remember the streamers also stream hundreds of hours. Especially at league start. Some stream even more. A game like PoE is rng and the more time you play the more you will get. Streamers win by default in that category. Look at the streamers that are strictly ssf. Most end up with more loot and currency than I do in trade. Alot of them are also very efficient and genuinely good at the game. Like mathil for example. He can play a build and make it look like a walk in the park. If I play the exact same build it doesn't go so well lol and I've been playing since open beta. |
