It does crack me up the way every patch it's 'omg the nerfs all ggg is nerf path of nerfs I quit' and yet somehow the power creep has never stopped.

i don't care about any offensive nerfs. any.

To us, HC players, its still a 3 passive tree investment and the annoying shit to hit enemies here and there with vigilant strike. This nerf was totally not needed. It is basically a nerf to HC. if was not enough we had to deal with one shots everywheres... i don't mind the vigil fortify nerf, depending on how its done, but why the fuck nerf hardened scars?
