It's a legacy bench craft. There used to be no limit to how many things you could add with multicraft.

As many things in PoE "Multicraft" has changed. It did not had a limit before the change. Those answers can be found in Wiki usually. https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/Modifier:StrIntMasterItemGenerationCanHaveMultipleCraftedMods In this case the changing patch is missing. 1-2 years ago?
