GGG now bans streamers for fake fotoshopped images

I'm pretty sure GGG did the right thing here. A bad poe player getting mad at the removal of the item editor and going too crazy with it.
So all you really end up having is playing the economy, and plowing maps. And if you want to get anywhere on your character, you are better off mowing monsters down like weeds and just collecting pennies of the ground as fast as possible than any meaningful item hunting.

Bad player? Making 15+ mirror every seasons? Did you even watch the video in which he clearly shows that the accusations are totally unsupported by evidence? :D

by the same logic and method, that GGG's email can also be a fake one, i didn't imply that he do tho, i just say that it can be.

if it's a real one, then it's real shame on GGG, i don't know if it's a personal mistake or anything but they really need to review this case, some punishment need to be done, but then again, it's not like this company have enough employee in the first place.

Look at larger picture, if they are not willing to give closer look to such high profile case, of one of most popular poe streamers. What about the small guy, how many cases do we not even get to hear about because they have no voice in this community?

Next fake discord screenshot might be that of you. Keep that in mind, you do not even need discord account for it to happen.

Just to be clear, the second paragraph is for GGG staff that made the mistake. Look like there is a miscommunication here, most likely because of my poor english. i basically agree with you.

And he threatened ggg staff in his tantrum, seems like a pretty bad move.

No he didn´t. thats the whole point of the video, but you seem to be a lost cause.
Yeah, prob just a misunderstanding.

Maybe the person who locked his account viewed it as a real screenshot, which Matth said if it was real he should be banned.

This was literally me a few weeks after I started playing on PC. Got banned for literally no reason. Didn't have a single post on the forum. Didn't chat with anyone in game, much less threaten anyone. No RMT's. Nothing. Yet I got a random ban with no explanation. After contacting GGG support, they said they would look into it. A week after the fact, I get an email which states, and I'm paraphrasing here; "We corrected the problem. You can log into your account now." STILL no explanation as to how or why I was banned in the first place.

Since then, I've played on console, which is a shit experience -- but that's beside the point. The point is that GGG is increasingly becoming the same garbage tier developer that inspired them to create Path Of Exile in the first place. I'm holding out hope that maybe someone, somewhere, will take inspiration from Path Of Exile and create a great game devoid of all the bullshit.

Hey, I'm Cake Willsmith from Great Gamer Guys and today I would like to present you new game that we have been working on!

Jokes aside, It is not good to hear that this issue already exist (but i ve read similar posts to your before in this forum) At least in your case it is unlikely to be for some fake screenshot but different issue. Which does not make it ok, ofcourse and i hope they will work to fix said issue.
I feel pretty, Oh, so pretty,
I feel pretty, and witty and gay,
And I pity Any girl who isn’t me today!
Since GGG never disclose the exact banning reason (like usually would not state the exact third party software), and only communicate to the banned person by the support with generic against TOS templated msg, this is one side story by the streamer who claim he is wrongly banned. Should GGG disclose the real reason and shame streamer in public? Calling a mob out (via youtube) to ask for unban is not a good practice and would get even worse on deepen the accusation on GGG, which in turn making the streamer a black-and-white violation of TOS
