Its good to let them know what excactly they did wrong (or wronglyfully accused) & others to learn not to doe these.

All he had to do is ask the support and he would receive the answers but he prefered to start a drama.

You do not know that. If they really interested to let him know, they would have stated why he was suspended.

GGG did explicitly tell him why he was suspended. They just don't comment on cases to OTHER people. Chris Wilson personally emailed him and said it was because of the names poking fun at the GGG employee e.g. ChrisWilsonStoleMyHeist, ChrisWilsonRobbedMyRope, etc. (Not with Chris' name but the other employee obviously.) Chris said that the employee had been receiving inappropriate messages, presumably from Matth's community, and that Chris personally intervened to keep Matth's account from being permabanned.

That's the reason Matth was so indignant. He didn't harass the GGG employee. It was a simple inoffensive joke and a running gag along the lines of "ancient orb didn't give Headhunter, Chris did it!"

There's a little more to it because Matth DID (in my opinion) harass the person who got him suspended for unapproved giveaways back in Harvest. That player reported him to GGG saying that he was getting death threats because of Matth (doubt it happened, but it doesn't really matter), and GGG used that as additional evidence against him. They didn't state that in their response to Matth though.

Honnestly, i'm starting to get tired about the hysterical tendencies reddit and this forum are starting to endorse as a way of live.

There's always drama around Matth and for good reason. It comes with no surprise that this is not the first time his account got suspended.
