Is anyone actually going to stop playing?

Despite whatever non sense some forum names will write, I'm strongly considering not even touching 3.14 already dropped any sort of support I had on this company for the future no matter how good the pixxels look I can't support this non sense of decisions. Between constant nerfs to players in general buffs to monsters and performance being poor the harvest nerf for solo players is the icing on the cake for me.

I will see if they will actually say something better and actually discuss how to improve the garbage crafting system this game has.

The alt and regal spam along with the fossil spam and call it "meaningful" crafting has to end. There need to be changes for crafting.

Returning to poe in 3.27: ATROCIOUS game performance, 5/10 league and I apprently missed the loot back in the last league. The more things change the more they stay the same..
People who say they are quitting every single league and then get 40 challenges the next league every time are hilarious.

You'll never really know, short of personal friends that you see stop playing. There are too many variables that you can't even begin to estimate. Even GGG with their significantly better view of the metrics can't fully grasp why a league might have a significant uptick or downtick. A look at league to league is a very shallow view of why people started/stopped playing. As an example, I don't care at all about the harvest changes but I'm on the fence about playing this next league. I have a lot of personal things converging at the start of the league, and since I can't help but to be sucked in, it's better to just avoid the whole thing. How would someone measure that? People start/stop playing for a host of reasons that just can't be easily captured.

That's not what this thread is about though. Your attempt to somehow apply leverage against a change that you seem to disagree with will go down the same path of every thread in the past that attempted this route. GGG won't regret a decision because some people in GD pretend to quit. Hell, even if they did quit, it would be negligible when compared to the larger ocean of players.
Thanks for all the fish!
Nope. I don't even interact with Harvest. Doesn't affect me :)

Changes didn't affect me in any way. I'm just kicking back and enjoying all the tears. It's pretty funny.
Entirely? no. but Harvest and ritual were literally the only leagues that i played more than 1 month. most leagues i play 2 weeks ~ 1 month.
Don't think most people will quit the game entirely.
I can foresee that ALOT of people will lose interest in the game way faster though.

I expect the drop-off for players after week2 to be significantly higher than in ritual. Mainly because most casuals will finish their budget build guides only to see that the next item upgrades have a 0.4 mirror fee attatched to them.
Nah but my playtime will be limited unless the league mechanic is incredible. No reason to play more if you can't make good items. Maven Orb is worthless content without Harvest crafting and conquerors are stale.
I wont be playing next league... I cant seem to find the desire to log in now with the nerf coming. I will find another game to play/spend my money on.
I don't know yet. I will for sure not spend money on the game for the time being, I was about to buy stash tabs during Harvest league, when I then heard it was not going core, so I didn't. I have not bought anything since.

In Heist league, I played maybe 3-5 hours in total (league and standard league combined). Right now, I was playing a bit more, it will probably drop off again.
