Game will not launch

Whenever I go to launch PoE the app crashes immediately and I get no error logs.. I've tried uninstalling PoE and reinstalling with no luck. The launcher still crashes immediately.. I've tried reinstalling GPU drivers, C++ Redistributable packages, Turning off my firewall, launching in a VPN, running PackCheck.exe.. No luck so far.
From the "Known Issues & Common Technical Problems" thread I've tried the following: " From the windows event viewer I don't get much information about the crash. Only the following:

Hi there, Decimoe! I'm sorry to hear about this. There is a recent known issue that involves the client crashing shortly after launch. Can you please try deleting your 'DailyDealCache', 'MOTDCache' and 'ShopImages' from within your Documents\My Games\Path of Exile folder?

Deleting those folders did not seem to fix my issue either.

I tried deleting those too and nothing seems to change.
Tried deleting my Shadercache folder too. Looks like as soon as the client launches it's trying to d.load a patch or something then 2 sec later it crashes. |

Hello, i have surfed in the web for solutions to this problem for days.
I found out that throughout the game years of existance people are struggling with this one, were outcome of the problem is the same (client crashes right after launch like it would never have been launched), but i assume that there might be different causes to this problem as there are plenty of people that had solved the issue with a fix that worked only for small margin of affected players. WIth all respect, as one of the affected players that cure was not found out yet for, i linkup with everyone in pain and agony of not being able to play. Despite that i cant think of a fixes on my own i would highly apprieciate the lovely staff of GGG getting serious about the issue and start realising how many people like me had to give up on the game, as oldest post about the issue i found was around 4 years ago and i didnt even tried to reaserch. BTW. dont put this issue to the same bag of " Will mark few fresh posts of our problem with my message just so Staff will get this. " I am also having a similar issue, had it 3 times through the years with different sollutions. The game installs in my notebook which does not have specs to do so yet does not work in my main computer, which is far superior to that. Standalone doesn`t even opens the updater in order to install. Steam attempts to open but it closes soon after. It is ridiculous and GGG has to get a lot more serious about this, or at least make sure that PoE2 does NOT suffer from this same issue that has kept thousands form playing through the years, many which invested into the game. |

can't launch either and the delete method didn't helped
just hope the game will be fixed before 16 keep on the good work and hope the problem will be gone |
