"Best on the market" does not imply actually being a good game. It's free. The only reason I'm not playing another ARPG is that Albion Online has forced PVP, Marvel Heroes doesn't exist anymore, and I haven't gotten access to Magic Online beta yet. like it or not, yes there is no other ARPG out there that can compete with PoE, and there is none on horizon. If you want good ARPG you will play PoE, and i have played all others. Maybe there will be some good one, but to compete with PoE you have to have big team and big budget. PoE release expansion every 3 months, there in no other game out there that is doing that. That is the only advantage that PoE has over others and is the only one that you care when you play ARPG. You can like others ARPGs but if they dont update content regular as PoE does, eventually people will stop playing it. PS: do people REALLY believe that there will be Diablo 4?! How naive... We all have D3 as a frame of reference here, so it's not like his feelings are baseless. I'm an optimist and will continue to keep my hopes up personally.
