[3.14] Cospri's Malice CoC Ice Nova Inquisitor - League Starter.

Poured about 75-100 ex so far in crafting + trading for this build.
Started with a base templar fire COC (Mjolnir + wave of conviction + purifying flame)

got lucky with a cheap HH and yolo-vaaling for a GG implicit., resold it to fund this build and still Still got about 30ex lying around for any changes if necessary.

Can anyone look over my pob and point out some things I can expand upon?
league goal will be to push this build to 100.

I have been meaning to play coc cospri as I have not played it for so long.

What is the consensus here, as I hear many different answers:

Coc assassin (classic, highest dps, glass cannon?)
Coc inquisitor (tankiest?)
Coc elementalist (higher exposure and aoe)
Coc ascendant (can use indigon, agnostic. And can also use ice spear instead for much higher single target)

How would you choose where to go?

Over half the people playing this on ladder are CI, what are the pros/cons of doing so?

Why doesn't this build do that?

This build's most basic defensive mechanic is double regeneration based on life regeneration. It's fundamentally opposed to Chaos Inoculation.

Are we actually supposed to manually stop and become stationary for consecetrated ground every 4 seconds? Or am I missing just missing how we are actually gaining consecetrated ground? I thought you didnt count as stationary while cycloning but maybe you do.

I was wondering that as well since the guide also does not suggest to use Bottled Faith.

Yes, but what are advantages/disadvantages in your opinion? I am also considering going CI as the chaos damage is a bit annoying and getting a good chaos resistance (not depending on Atrizi's Promise) is a bit tough on this build with all the uniques.
how does this build have ailment immunity?

from what ive seen, u need to be stationary and not move for it to trigger, with cyclone your always moving?

You use bottled faith.
I added few questions in F.A.Q. section about Consecration Ground, single target damage and Assassin comparison.

I also added guide how to craft double influenced Blizzard Crown. Later today or tomorrow I will add guides how to craft elusive boots and good rare rings.

You have options
1. Botteled faith
2.stop every 4sec
3. Frost blink
If you frost blink your movement stops for like 0.1sec so you move fast and get the buff for 4sec
