I like to think that Acts 1-10 has always been the true RPG experience and vision of PoE. Sadly, the atlas is a strange beast and has evolved into a basic casino designed to frustrate, push grind, and favour bad RNG, so it seems. From illogical game design to embarrassing performance and stability, PoE is drowning in it's own mess....

The problem with the forum (like most game forum), like social media, & sub-reddit, is that the delusion of minority views thought to be mainstream because these are echo chambers where people with similar but often miniority view points actively participate.

A survey done a while ago, which I think still valid, is that only about 10% of gamers participate in game forum, even less of these people actively post. The poeple most active in forum tend to be the more hardcore & spend more time in the game.

Therefore they think what they read in forum represent the general playerbase.

I watched to a casual discussion betwwen Zizaran 6 Kripps, & one of the complain they have is that it is too easy to subtance higher tier maps now. So out of touch...

PoE is a super grindy game, & the end game flatening curve is very steep & far flatter tha most games (even supposely grindy ones), & excessive to most causual gamers.

If you have time to play 1-2 hours a day, you will not be going far in this game until a month at least. That is if you have knowledge of the game.

It is prefectly fine if people like the timesink hardcore nature of the game, but OP made some valid points.

Like what, what are his top 3 most valid points? What you said makes perfect sense, but how does it apply here? OP claims to be good at the game, having a good build, yet makes dumb mistakes. He is just an excuse machine. Any advice he gets he dismisses claiming to know better

OFFENSE is the best defense in POE. Ultimately more so in SC.

Then go play something else, and come back later for more PoE if you so wish.

Play necro dude. AFK everything with tabula. It's seriously THE build preferred by disabled people. They even post when little nerfs come saying stuff like I can only use one hand or straw or something to control my toon and why it must not be nerfed

thats just BS. maybe till yellow maps but for reds you need an actual build even with necro.

If it was easy to kill Shaper - or any end-game boss in general, would you enjoy it? Not as much. Your post makes no sense at all. Games have to have some sort of challenge to them; if there were none, people wouldn't be playing. Maybe your problem isn't this. Maybe your problem is that you're playing alone? Try playing with a friend, run maps together and then game will suddenly become 10x more enjoyable.

OP has like 10 different characters in league, none of which is at a decent level or has any gear. I guess when you are not willing to stick one char and gear it properly and advance it over time, then you cannot expect to actually do endgame content.
