youtube + chrome on windows means hardware acceleration, so its a gpu trigger, internet problems cant cause hard reboots unless there is a short circuit on the ethernet connector/card/cable

Using Firefox ATM, but i guess it's the same issue.

there ara many variables, like codec used in that particular video etc, but yeah most likely its hardware accelerated, you can see something in the task manager, firefox- under the gpu engine tab
So the issue was either from the motherboard or the CPU. I'd guess from the motherboard as the CPU was holding prime95 quite nicely.

I changed both, no more crashes (for now).
Reboot (not BSOD) doing Ultimatum char DeeGaminGZoomZoom
PC SPECS:
rtx 3090 FE
1200W Corsair PSU
ASUS z390-f mobo
i9-9900k (1st 5.1ghz changed to default same thing happens, changed to 5ghz lower voltage thinking it's CPU overheating but temps are max at 70 degrees)
3600mhz 32GB RAM
Did the windows system file check it got fixed the 1st time. And just came back just right now while doing ultimatum at a map and also doing sirius(A3).

This stuff only happens when I play PoE.
Been playing Rainbow Six-Siege/Dota 2 while streaming on twitch with multiple chrome tabs on 2nd monitor and no problem at all. But in PoE. No stream, just a couple tabs of chrome then I get a reboot.
A hard reboot with no BSOD/event log error, just instant, always means a hardware related issue.

Simplest things to try:
- Reseat components (Memory, GPU, power plugs etc).
- Verify mount pressure for GPU/CPU coolers, tighten screens on bottom of GPU on the bracket, make sure CPU cooler/mount isn't loose and doesn't rock.
- Update BIOS
- Remove any overclocks

Harder things to try, different graphics card, different PSU.

The only time recently (last year) that I had a system hard crash on me during a game, it was due to slightly loose screws (I could tighten them like half a turn) on my GPU, the ones on the mounting bracket on the bottom (not the shroud).
The game reboots my computer whenever I open it after the most recent patch, help :( Deleted the game, updated windows, GeForce, and anything else on my computer, ran tests and all files are working as they should, every other game works but POE.
