Last Epoch is better than POE.

I've been playing POE on and off since 2013. Today, I played Last Epoch for the first time, and here is how Last Epoch is better than POE:
Gameplay: Last Epoch doesn't swarm you with hundreds of enemies at once. You can actually keep track of what is going on. Therefore, combat has more meaning. Animations are very smooth, and skills and spells look great!! Passive Skill Tree: The passive skill tree is not a convoluted mess like POE's passive skill tree. Graphics (Latest version of Last Epoch): Last Epoch is a newer game with better graphics than POE. The environments and lighting look better than POE. Even the character models and enemies look better than POE. It looks like Last Epoch is simply pushing more polys than POE. Music and Sound Effects: The music and sound effects of Last Epoch are better than POE's. Story: The story is more organized and easier to follow then POE's story. Yes Last Epoch has some ideas but : - No multiplayer - Animations are garbage, really garbage, almost funny - Sounds are (at best) average (PoE too, I know) - Nothing to do in endgame I like this game too, but let's be honest here. It is not better than PoE in it's state. Maybe later with some work in it. But hey let the game some time and I'm sure it will a better game than now, it has some serious potential. Doing some advertisement for it is cool but being delusional is not and deserving it a bit. |
