Game crashes to desktop with no error - UNPLAYABLE

Over +30 crashes just today, pls, do sth!

Disabled SMT - still crashes.
Disabled via BIOS and via software (Process Lasso)
Did not resolve the issue at all.

Disabling SMT is really not a solution, nor should it be ever a solution to a problem.

I'm crashing in literally every map since the new update. I hardly experienced any crashes at all when I was leveling a new character yesterday.

And yes I'm using a Ryzen 5

Guys dont write about crash to desktop because GGG will silence this thread aswell like they did with the 2 other yesterday.

That is how they deal with this bug.
So you guys better find another game because you will be posting here all league without any fix.It is my second league with Crash to desktop.

And also you can fix crash to desktop by disabling SMT in bios, this wont change the fact that i am done with GGG and how they handle this thing, they (ggg) make me feel sick.

I've had this issue for two days now, Ryzen 7 1700X and didn't want to turn of SMT but was able to find another "fix" that seems to work. Unless I did all of these steps it would crash again.

1. logged in, took off all my MTX
2. log out/crash out
3. delete DailyDealCache, MOTDCache, ShopImages
4. restart my computer

if I restarted my computer without deleting cache files or taking off mtx, it would crash

if I deleted cache files without restarting or taking off mtx, I would crash

(I didn't test with only taking off mtx so mtx may or may not be a part of this)

if I got through a map successfully then I would reequip mtx and it seemed fine. The key might be deleting cache files AND restarting together.

EDIT: It also might have just been luck and that you have to restart your computer/game multiple times and if you get "lucky" on load of the game it doesn't crash. Both times it was like the fifth time restarting that it worked (but the only time I did all the above steps). If you don't crash in your first map DONT LOG OUT :)

After the patch I am not able to play the game too. It crashes almost immediately. Tried some of the solutions mentioned above but without solving the problem.

I have a Ryzen 5 and prior to the patch I played the game constanty without any crashes.

Buy a near £200 supporter pack, Company is unable to make a stable game engine and the lack of support due to it is horrendous.

When a game has such aggressively priced Microtransactions at least make it playable so we can wear them....

really? i have a thread ripper and its doing this so i made a meme about it
